Chicken Farmers of Canada’s OFFSP manual

CFC’s Raised by a Canadian Farmer On-Farm Food Safety Program emphasizes animal health, cleanliness and safety throughout each step of the production cycle. The OFFSP includes requirements for biosecurity, feed and water management, cleaning and disinfecting, inputs, flock monitoring and flock records.
