Brand Marketing and Partnerships Update – October 2025

Strengthening partnerships, growing visibility

Chicken Farmers of Canada continues to build strong relationships with Canada’s leading foodservice and retail partners.

Expanding industry partnerships

We are proud to announce a new partnership with A&W, reinforcing our commitment to working with brands that Canadians know and trust. Alongside this, we’ve launched two digital campaigns through Instacart and Flipp, connecting with consumers directly at the point of purchase and showcasing our industry partners where it matters most.

Looking ahead, CFC is pursuing a new strategic direction with major Canadian grocers, ensuring our brand and industry gain even greater visibility across the country.

Tracking awareness and engagement

According to the latest Intensions survey (Q2 2025), awareness of the Raised by a Canadian Farmer brand has reached 58% nationwide, up from 54% in Q4 2024. This steady growth is a strong sign that our efforts are resonating with Canadians.

Among Gen Z (16–29), awareness has climbed to 66%, making them one of the strongest age groups and highlighting the impact of our digital-first campaigns and authentic storytelling. On social platforms, engagement continues to grow, with increasing reach and interaction driven by farmer-led stories and behind-the-scenes content.

These results show that Canadians, particularly younger audiences, are noticing and valuing our commitment to raising chicken right.

Sharing farmer stories

On social media, we continue to highlight the people at the heart of Canadian chicken—our farmers. From behind-the-scenes looks on the farm to engaging day-in-the-life reels, our channels are growing with authentic, story-driven content.

We are also preparing our next major campaign to address misinformation about chicken production. With three farmers as the faces of this initiative, Canadians will hear directly from the people who raise their food.

Celebrating 20 years of NFACC

This year marks a major milestone: 20 years of the National Farm Animal Care Council (NFACC). To celebrate, CFC is proud to launch a new video series honouring two decades of work that reflects our industry’s ongoing commitment to animal care and excellence. We encourage you to watch, share, and join us in celebrating this achievement.
